Received order promptly . Good healthy plants ??.
Well , I?ve used it . Until the plants grow some more and flower I can?t say how well it does its job . There looking good at the moment ??.

Arrived in good condition by local delivery.
Plants arrived well and in good condition smaller than expected but once replanted ate thriving looking forward to blooming later on

very poor.

Good on this occasion but can be a bit slow in delivering plants from time to time. On this occasion the items were fine and came on a timely manner, but this is not always the case.
The lily bulbs are quite small but look healthy enough. Only time will tell whether all 10 of them thrive and produce blooms. I planted them withing 24 hrs of getting them delivered and have kept them indoors until the weather warms up sufficiently to avoid risk of the new shoots, when they appear, getting nipped by frost.

Still waiting for two items. Begonias and lobeilia.
Could have done with more info on colours and height.

Don't really think this is Garden Bargains fault but these plants
took nearly three weeks to arrive. They were well packaged though.
Very small plant again but does look healthy at the moment.
More like a large cutting

On this occasion the ordering process was simple, quick and easy to use and even more surprising was the way the pants were packaged this time, delivered in very good condition!
The plants arrived on time, well packaged and looking healthy. I've moved them into a cold frame before planting out in baskets and a week later only two have died - the rest are thriving, which is a very good result for Garden Bargains, as I have previously lost several fruit trees supplied by them.

Take it plugs would have been in good condition but the delivery wasn?t up to standard as said couldn?t find address but on second attempt after ringing driver seemed to find it with no problem so plants were 4 days older and with the cold weather last week some have died off. But this is a delivery fault

Plugs came well packed. Was able to work out what colours with the ABC ect. . Hopefully will grow well! Easy to follow ordering instructions.
If there was one little criticism it would be to add planting instructions in packaging.

Well packed and arrived in the time stated.
There has been no decent weather yet to allow me to plant the Lily bulbs but they arrived in very good time and well packed. Look forward to the day they bloom!

Everything arrived in good time, good condition and very well packaged. I'm very pleased with the service. I haven't planted yet but looking at the quality of the bulbs I am sure I will not be disappointed

The plants arrived speedily and were in good health. Ready to plant on. Included six different types of succulent. Making a lovely collection.

Waited quite a long time for the order to arrive

On the whole they seem to be a good company and sell quality products.
I have recommended them to my gardening friends.
So disappointed!
I bought the same tree last year, it arrived bare rooted as stated but the roots were completely dry. Despite my best efforts, soaking it for 24hrs, planting it in the best soil etc. it was dead and never showed any signs of life. I received a refund.

This year I tried again. Only to have a repeat of last year. I have another dead tree.

I have been a customer for many years and all the other plants/ trees I have bought have been healthy and thrived?? such a shame they can?t get this right.

Is not what they claim on the TV what you see is what you get. Not garden ready a little stick with 3 to 4 leaves on

Geranium plug plants arrived in good condition and all thriving well so far.

Service always good but could do with help carrying boxes of compost through to back garden as very heavy. I am a pensioner and live on my own so no one here to help.
I purchased approx 280 Lts of this compost each year always found it to be very good had bumper crops of green beans and strawberries last year plus 20pots, 4 baskets and garden plants in front and back garden.
