The plants were delivered very quickly after I placed my order and came very well packaged. On unpacking the plants were revealed to be much bigger than I had expected and looked very healthy. They have now been potted on and will soon be big enough to go in to hanging baskets.

Wasn?t offered a refund but just sent another bad plant. My complaint didn?t get resolved with the nursery team as they were still sending out the bad stockProduct:
I ordered this for a gift, when I arrived it looked almost dead with the few leaves on it were mostly brown. I complained and was sent another one, this was in the same condition. I haven?t bothered to complain again as I don?t need another almost dead plant. I tried to get the second one out of the pot it arrived in, only to find it was completely pot bound and I had to cut away the pot. I couldn?t gift it so I?ve gut put it in a larger pot and left it to see out its remaining short life in my garden.

My plants arrived within a couple of days, the leaves on the plants were damp although the soil was dry, they were transferred into individual pots on arrival and put in a greenhouse. I found that some of the plants were very small and damaged, at the moment it looks as if several are going to die.
