Transform Your Garden - Grow These Garden Hardy Perennials For 6 Months Of Spectacular Colour Every Year! These incredibly colourful, strong-growing perennials will transform your garden from this year. Providing a wonderful display of showy colour and long-lasting structure throughout summer and until late October, they will look great AND attract beneficial insects including butterflies, ladybirds and honey bees, perfect for fruit and veg gardeners where pollination is so important.
Supplied as plugs, they are big enough to plant straight out spring, summer or autumn and will establish and get better year after year. If planting together in a border, we suggest you plant 60cm (2ft apart), which they will fill after their second season.

Plant Information
Care Guide
- For most jumbo plug plant collections, the “mini Greenhouse” they are packed in will have a label on the outside, listing the individual varieties inside. We recommend writing your own labels out on receipt!
- Give your plugs a little attention on arrival - unpack them immediately, and either mist them or stand them in water for an hour - they may be slightly dry or yellow after being in a dark box in the post, but they’ll quickly recover.
- If you can’t do this, they can sit in Mini Greenhouses for a week if upright and not too wet.
- We recommend that you leave them to settle for a day somewhere warm, light and airy such as a windowsill or greenhouse.
- When you're ready to pot on, use a good quality, multi-purpose compost, and fill 3-4in pots (7-10cm).
- Make a hole in the compost with a dibber or your finger, then holding each plug by its root ball, place it into the hole and gently firm the compost around it.
- For great results, we recommend using our Windowsill Planters or 9cm pots in Shuttle Trays.
- Give your plants a good water initially, then only when the top compost starts to dry as they don’t like to be left in standing water.
- Grow on either on a bright windowsill or a greenhouse for 3-4 weeks before potting up into containers or into flower beds.
- If planting directly into flower beds when all risk of frost has passed, prepare the ground well, removing weeds and digging in some compost or well-rotted manure if your soil is not already rich.
- Feed using a high-potash feed such as Blooming Fast Superior Soluble Fertiliser for Flowers & Fruits, to encourage flowering.
- Dead-head when flowers fade to encourage more blooms.

The item arrived well packed and with clear instructions. However, the Delphinium Pacific giants were very small plugs. Still, followed the instructions and planted them the day they arrived. It looks as though these are going to fail in growing. All the others are looking good, nice green leaves, but from the delphiniums, nothing really, quite disappointed

All good, need to use a better delivery service though. My order was on track then on the day of expected delivery - "not able to deliver your parcel today" ( no reason was given as to why, maybe they were a driver down). I set out to mark and pot the plug plants on only to find that The internal list was marked A - L and the packaging was mark A - F twice, leaving me with potted plants that I do not know what they are. I will possibly find that I have the same in both packs, which means that another customer has the same problem.Product:

Plants arrived a little distressed but seem to be recovering now after planting on but was very disappointed that 4 plants had been replaced by others less popular one's. The one's that were replaced were the main plants I had bought the collection for emailed the company via there contact us page but have had no reply.

call was made to report poor standard of plant which died as the leaves melted away but the caller said that she needs to see a photo of the plant but there was nothing to take photo of. I felt that it was a waste of my time and will not use Garden Bargain again and will not recommend to friends and family as I can get better value for money at my local Garden CentreProduct:

The reason that we ask for photos or more detail about some plants is that it is sometimes difficult to distinguish between healthy and unhealthy plants.
For instance, perennials like these (which die back to ground level every year in autumn and regrow in spring) can often look like they're "pots full of dirt" to quote one customer - who on closer inspection found nice, healthy roots and whose plants went on to thrive.
If your plants are in poor condition, we'd be more than happy to replace them.
